Who we are

Although the name is new, we are not. We are experienced schedulers/recruiters/editors offering a full scope of Mystery Shopping and Merchandising resources. We have developed aggressive and highly effective methods for recruiting shoppers/auditors, with proven results.

What we offer

We offer scheduling/editing services for any type of project. Whether it’s long term or last minute, we are committed to handling your projects with speed, accuracy and results. We schedule and maintain each shop from start to finish. This includes but is not limited to, fielding shopper questions, follow up email, required email confirmation from shoppers and shopper support. We also provide editing services with a guaranteed report turn around of 24 hours or less. We will help your company to meet its goals.

How we meet your goals

Finding shoppers in hard to reach areas can be a challenge. We not only utilize current posting boards, we also use newspaper ads, city offices, post cards to local businesses and cold calls to locate shoppers. For age compliance shops we take advantage of high school/college career centers and job boards. Potential shoppers are every where and it’s our job to find them.

Scheduling is only half the job, making sure the assignment is completed is the other half and most times, the tougher half. Our shopper incentives program offers rewards and bonuses for shoppers. We strive to maintain good, working relationships with shoppers.
